It is possible to cancel an order without any charge if the shipment of the products has not already been completed. In this case you will need to contact the telephone within the next 5 business hours of the physical store upon completion of your order.
In an effort to meet our customers' expectations of the products they choose from kliomed.gr we offer the option of returning all products, for exchange or full refund within 5 business days of delivery of paper based products. receipt, provided that they comply with the following conditions.
The following conditions must be met for the return of products to kliomed.gr:
- The request for a return refund should not exceed 5 business days from the date of delivery on the basis of the shipping documents and the receipt of your return from our store within no more than 10 business days after the receipt of your order.
All refunds and exchanges must be received in the original condition that you received the product.
- In the event of an error by our company, the refund will be accepted if you give us no more than 5 business days after receipt of your order and we receive your return within 10 business days of receiving your order ( provided of course prior consultation). We fully refund the money corresponding to the order value and shipping costs.
- In the event that no mistake is made by our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and shipping costs are solely borne by the customer.
- If the product is defective and the company warranty is in place, it will be replaced or repaired in consultation with the product company.
- If the products you have received have exceeded the stated expiration date, we will fully refund the money corresponding to the order value and shipping costs.
- Your refunds are made within 20 days of the return and receipt of the products by us.
- Returns require retail receipt. In case of invoice issuance the return must be made with a shipping note.

Return of a non-defective product and refund to customer, initial shipping costs are charged to customer and deducted from refund.

The customer always has the responsibility of sending it back to our product offices, as kliomed.gr is not able to search your package by any post / shipping.
